In attempt to cheer up her friends and family on New Year’s Day, Donna Wicks, 42, decided to post a short video of herself dancing round her kitchen to the Robbie Williams and Olly Murs version of the Junglebook classic I’m The King Of The Swingers on Facebook. After the energetic post got lots of attention, she was convinced to do another, then another.

Donna finally decided to use her talent for making people smile to raise money for deserving causes by posting one dancing video every day for the rest of the year. She said: “I thought it would be a really cool idea on January 1 to do a little video of me and my son dancing around the kitchen to just bring a smile to people’s faces.

“I thought it would be a great way to raise some money and I’ve started getting song requests now!”

Mum-of-one Donna, has decided to raise funds for Helen Rollason Cancer Care, Chelmsford’s homeless charity CHESS and Chelmsford Mind.

Keep going Donna you are doing brilliantly!
